Yeah i dont like it either, and wat would be the point, as its still the same honda underpinnings whcih means rover cant change a lot of the design.

Oh came on! The front part doesn`t make many sense! It has nothing to do with the rest of the car! The perspective is wrong as well...

Well I'm pretty sure its not a serious design, and just rather a picture to see what the 45 would look like with the TCv style front end grafted on. Well done Elastro!
